What happens on a denial review

1. 1You share a de-identified denial report: payer, reason code, age and amount. No names, dates of birth or member IDs.
2. 2We walk through where the money is and which denials are still inside their appeal window.
3. 3You leave with the three fixes that matter most. If a project makes sense, we price it in writing.

Good to have ready

• A denial or remit report by payer and reason code, with patient identifiers removed
• An A/R aging summary by payer
• The levels of care you bill: detox, residential, PHP, IOP
• Which EMR, billing system and clearinghouse you use

Please do not send patient information by email or in the booking form. We sign a BAA before any PHI changes hands.
