Privacy policy

This policy covers the Sky Gathering RCM website only. Client engagements are governed by their own written agreements, including a business associate agreement (BAA) and, for substance use disorder records, a 42 CFR Part 2 agreement.

No patient information through this site

This website does not collect protected health information (PHI). There is no contact form, no patient portal and no file upload. Please do not send PHI by email. If you want to share denial data before an agreement is in place, send a de-identified export only.

What we collect

• If you email us or book a review, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, organization and email address. We use it only to respond to you.
• Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability.
• The site does not use advertising trackers and does not sell personal information.

Third parties

If you follow a link to a booking page or an outside source, that site's own privacy policy applies.
